ABOUT US
RYAN
Ryan is a police sergeant for a municipal law enforcement agency in Los Angeles County, CA and has 19 years of experience serving as a SWAT team leader, investigator, and firearms and tactics instructor including Active Shooter Response. He has held a variety of assignments that focus on risk management, threat mitigation, and liability awareness. Ryan is the Los Angeles County Regional Representative for the CA Association of Tactical Officers (CATO) and previously served as the Patrol Section Chair for the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA). He has a Masters Degree in Leadership from the University of Southern California and holds numerous instructor and training certifications including FBI certified Firearms Instructor, SWAT Team Leader, Active Shooter, Training Management and Risk Mitigation, and Dignitary Protection. Ryan has provided security consultations and presentations on the topic of Active Shooter/Threat mitigation to several organizations domestically and internationally.

JOHN

John has over 20 years of law enforcement experience with a municipal police department in Los Angeles County, CA. He currently serves as a SWAT team leader, SWAT sniper, firearms instructor and active threat response instructor. He developed the first active threat response training to be formally adopted by an entire school district in 2010. John also has extensive investigation experience and holds several certifications including Advanced Police Sniper, Sniper Response to Public Venues, and Precision Rifle Instructor.

RICK
Rick has over 28 years of military experience in Naval Special Warfare as a SEAL Team operator and as a police officer. He served as the primary firearms instructor for a municipal law enforcement agency in Los Angeles County, CA. He has worked extensively as an operator and instructor for both the military and law enforcement. Rick holds numerous instructor and training certifications including FBI Firearms Instructor, Active Shooter Response Instructor, Basic and Advanced SWAT, Tactical Team Leaders Course, TASER International, Simmunitions and Less Lethal Munitions. He is a certified armorer for Glock, Colt, H&K, and Remington. Currently, he works primarily in the private sector and has provided security services to a variety of high profile individuals and organizations both domestically and abroad.

RUSS
Russ was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps after serving as a military police officer and primary marksmanship instructor. He is currently a police officer with a municipal law enforcement agency in Los Angeles County, CA. Russ has 20 years of experience in law enforcement as a SWAT team leader, SWAT sniper, detective, and range master. He is a CA POST master instructor with numerous certifications including FBI Firearms Instructor, Active Shooter Response, Tactical Rifle, Shotgun, and Pistol Instructor. Russ also has broad experience providing client protective services to high profile individuals and organizations throughout the United States.
